I was looking for a 2012 GMC Terrain on cars.com and I found that your dealership still has a new 2012. I followed up with a email to the dealership and made a few calls afterwards. Your salesman Todd was by far the best. He made my trade in and purchase very effortless and no pressure type sales pitch. Kevin from the GMC division helped me set up my onstar and took the time to help explain the features of the system. Candice in your finance department was very helpful and found me a better finance rate than what I originally found. Thanks for all the help and making my vehicle purchase a pleasant experience.

Great Job, Eric Scott & Ben Jacks!

My air conditioner was no longer cooling my car. Also I had a recall for the airbags. Eric was very helpful in arranging the repair. When it turned out to be the compressor and required additional time, he offered a car to drive until mine was ready. Ben took me home after I left my car at the service dept. I do not have anyone to pick me up so that made everything a lot better. I also took advantage of an interior and exterior auto cleaning coupon I received online. Now my car looks like new and is very cool! Thank you for great service! I will tell my friends.

I can always count on Tom to provide us with any service questions and help. He is always friendly and took the time to listen to the problem we have been having on our Acadia. When Tom told me that Ed Schmidt would need our vehicle for a few days, I was apprehensive. I told him that we have four children and I also carpool so we need a vehicle with comparable room. He said he could not guarantee anything but would try to get another Acadia. We were quite pleased with the rental provided. We appreciate how you took care of our family. Great Job, Justin Miller!

I purchased a 2013 (new) GMC 3500 HD 4×4 cab and Chassis. There wasn’t much service involved but the truck was ready when promised. Justin Miller was very helpful in researching all applicable discounts and was very thorough without being annoying-very hard to do. We used emails often to communicate – a useful tool that he used well. I can’t imagine having to answer my cell and return a bunch of calls. If I went to any other dealer than Ed Schmidt I doubt I would bought this truck.
